All the staff we encountered were nice and accommodating.

The plus is you get to use the larger pool and hot tub at their sister property too and we did that several times. The sofa makes out into a bed but our son just slept on the sofa and said it was comfy. The queen bed was ok.it was very squeaky when you got in it but I slept fine.

Our 1-bedroom suite was comfy and plenty of room for 3. The beach is a short walk straight down the road and they provide beach wagons, a cooler and 2 nice beach chairs for each villa. The large Tikis are nice for relaxing or sheltering from the occasional rain. Loved this little gem! We’ve stayed at their sister property, Siesta Key Suites & Tiki (liked it too) and thought we’d give the Villas a try and we really liked them! More privacy than the other resort, but smaller…love all the palm trees, hammocks and corn hole outside.
